MAXI Babydog 30 |
Young German Shepherd puppies have an extremely high energy requirement. A low-fat food necessitates a very large ration volume. This can create a higher workload on the digestive system and make it difficult to attain an ideal weight in the puppy. With MAXI Babydog 30, Royal Canin offers puppies from 2 to 5 months a high-energy food in a smaller ration. <
We, at Lundborg-Land German Shepherd Kennels soak the puppy kibble in warm water, add about 1-2 teaspoons of raw beef, turkey, chicken or tuna to the mixture. (not all at the same time) You can also add cottage cheese if you like. You can rotate these choices. Please, please increase food as puppy grows. We feed two times a day, morning and night until the puppy reaches 5-6 months of age, then we switch the dog food to the adult formula. Always keep fresh water available at all times for your new puppy. No rawhide treats or greenies. Only provide “natural” ingredient treats. Read the labels please.
